    Step 1: Organize and Collect Documents:  

    • Checklist: We provide a comprehensive checklist to help you gather all necessary documents, such as income slips (T4, T5), receipts for deductions (medical expenses, charitable donations), and any other relevant tax forms. 
    • Preparation: Make sure all documents are organized and complete to avoid any delays in processing your tax return 

    Step 2: Office Drop-off:  

    • Business Hours: You can drop off your documents during our regular business hours. If you need to come outside these hours, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. 
    • Contact Details: Ensure you provide accurate contact information so we can reach you if we need any additional information or clarification 

    Step 3: Review and Approve:  

    • Discussion Call: After reviewing your documents, we may schedule a call to discuss any questions or clarifications needed. This helps ensure that your tax return is accurate and complete. 
    • Draft Review: We will prepare a draft of your tax return and review it with you to ensure all information is correct before final submission. 

    Step 4: Pickup and Payment

    • Payment: Once your tax return is ready, you can visit our office to make the payment for our services. 
    • Submission: After payment, we will submit your tax return electronically to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) on your behalf. 
    • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation once your tax return has been successfully submitted.
